	Report: Colts offer Dungy perks to stay on

	In a bid to keep Tony Dungy after this season, team owner Jim Irsay has offered the coach increased flexibility with his job. Odd story to be coming out a day before a playoff game. Dungy's children have enrolled in Tampa-area schools and the team clearly believes he may be leaning towards quitting. Irsay is offering three-to-four months away during the offseason, and use of Irsay's private plane for family events. Dungy says he'll take a few days after the season to make a decision.
