A truly extraordinary example of journalistic malfeasance is playing out right now. Attorney General Michael Mukasey told a San Francisco audience last week that the Bush administration was aware in the days before the 9/11 attacks that an Al Qaeda official was making calls from a “safe house in Afghanistan” to U.S. but that our government failed to act on that.

its amusing how the 60s and the hippies and campus protesters were hated by the establishment back when ... nowadays they dont draft and the kids on campus dont protest war like they used to bc it doesnt affect their life and limb ... i was thinking maybe we need to draft back to cause some noise if nothing else ... after 60K died in viet nam the moms got sick of seeing their kids come home in a flag ...
its ok i guess we have killed anywhere from 100-600K women and children in iraq ... notice how the numbers dont "really count" who mentions them? who in the national news goes out and covers the other side of the story with some hard numbers?
isnt 9/11 ripe with unanswered questions ... where is one damn reporter with sack enough to ask BUSH out of blue, "Hey, dude, whyd you stay in that classroom reading the goat upside down after the second wtc was hit? weren't you worried about endangering the children, bc i have talked with SS agents and they said all protocol concerning whisking you out was broken that day?" or "When are we going to see what really hit the pentagon bc they have it on tape on 77 different cameras?" or "Why couldn't you and cheney go in alone and be taped on the kean commission hearings? Did you have something to hide?" or my personal favorite, "Would you be game to set up a panel of 9/11 experts on prime time network TV to defend your version of 9/11 vs a bunch of crackpots who have alternate views?"
what does the mass media print: anna nicole smith baby crap, mike vicks dog fighting biz, michael jackson's nose jobs and giraffes, britneys bellybutton, egads steroids in baseball ...
and compared to the biggest crime every committed on US citizens, the planned attack on the wtcs and pentagon,along with killing thousands here in AMERICA, how much INK DOES THAT MERIT IN LARGE OUTLETS
well both the sheep and the truthers know that answer
