I would say about 6.50.
At that point, it will have crippled our economy and people will simply just stop using it.
Leisure and recreational travel will halt. The prices of goods and services will have risen enough that people can no longer afford entertainment. Things will get ugly at that point...
It cost me 150 dollars to take my boat to the lake this last weekend and that didn't count the cost of gassing up the boat (another 85 dollars). I averaged exactly 8.3 MPG pulling my boat. 8.3 mpg, times 3.59, you do the math... |
