Its lucky for DMX that no one, these days, seems to really 'come down hard on' anyone who is cruel to animals.

Lucky for him, there hasn't been anyone else of high profile in the news in the last few years who's been cruel to animals, so the public and his fans are probably not going to care that he treats animals like shit.
