| Wayne Wright Howard is best known for his horror work for Charlton Comics in the 1970s. He studied at the Wesleyan University, and began contributing to some amateur comic magazines in the mid-1960s. He joined Wally Wood's studios around 1969. Howard did work for DC titles like 'House of Mystery' around this time, and later also worked as an inker for 'Dark Mansion', 'Weird War Tales' and 'Secrets of Haunted House'. During his early professional years, he also drew for 'Web of Horror' by Major Magazines.
