Coach John Fox hinted earlier this offseason that Stewart might be the team's primary kick returner, but Gantt indicates that probably won't happen if Stewart becomes Carolina's featured back. In an improved and run-first offense, Stewart is quite possibly the safest rookie fantasy bet for 2008.
