Ted Ginn Jr. - WR - Dolphins Despite planning to start him on offense, the Dolphins will not scale back Ted Ginn's punt or kick return duties this season. They don't think starting on special teams and at receiver is too much for the second-year man to handle. WRs coach Karl Dorrell thinks Ginn has "all the tools" to be a No. 1 receiver.
