The new deal gave Urlacher $6 million to sign and a $1 million salary raise in each of the next four years. In 2012, he can make $8 million, including a $500,000 workout bonus, making it essentially a new five-year, $43.5 million deal. Urlacher, 30, may not the see the end of the deal (he'll be 34 when it ends), but it keeps him happy for now.
