Formats for Each Round & Cutoffs.....

Format:


FIRST ROUND (April 14th-April 27th)........(Winners only Round)

Each player will have to pick 15 games, simply picking the straight up winner(no spreads will be involved) (sounds easy doesnt it?).....lines will be posted the night before, only games with lines at that time will be eligible.....any games with a greater than -200 line will not be used....... TOP 50 (INCLUDING TIES) WILL ADVANCE



SECOND ROUND (April 28th-May 11th)......("Total"-ly Crazy Round)

Each player will have to pick 15 over/unders(no lines involved, simply wins/losses)......lines will be posted the night before, only games with lines at that time will be eligible....in this round, and game that lands right on, will still be graded as a tie, and will count as a play (for scoring purposes) 2 ties will count as 1 win, 1 loss, in other words, if someone ends up 11-9, and another guy is 10-8-2, these 2 players would be tied......you will still have 2 weeks to get in 15 plays, max of 3 plays per day...... TOP 30 (INCLUDING TIES) WILL ADVANCE



THIRD ROUND (May 12th- May 25th).....(Dog days of summer round)

Each player will have to pick 15 "underdogs".....we will not be using any runlines in this round, it will be only (+) money teams at the time of the post, that you can choose from...you will once again be able to pick up to 3 games a day, to get 15 games in by the 2 weeks period..players will recieve the (+) money for each winning pick, and the top money accumulators at the end of 2 weeks (including ties) will move on to round 4...... TOP 20 (INCLUDING TIES) WILL ADVANCE



FOURTH ROUND (May 26th-June 8th)....(Runline-mania round)

Each Player will have to pick 15 "runlines" in 2 weeks...you can use the (+1.5) runline or the (-1.5) runline, and of course, you will win/lose the "line" on that particular play.......The top money winners (including ties) in this round will move on to the 5th round... TOP 12 (INCLUDING TIES) WILL ADVANCE



FIFTH ROUND (June 9th-June 29th).......(All star-capping round)


This round will last 3 weeks, and each player will need to make 30 plays over the course of 3 weeks.....u can use runlines, totals, moneylines in this round....anything goes.....the top 5 "money-makers" in this round will advance to the finals......... TOP 5 (TIEBREAKERS WILL BE USED) REACH THE FINALS AND THE $$$

The top 5 will now face off weekly, having to cap 15 games over the course of a week, max 3 plays per day, and at the end of each Sunday, the person with the lowest accumulated money, will be eliminated, and the rest will start over into the next week.......U will be able to use any lines in this round...There will be a tiebreaker game each week, players will need to pick the total runs, and hits in the Sunday night game to be used.....total runs will be first tiebreaker, and if both players are the same number away, then the total hits will decide who moves on...

hi question 3rd round odds are -105 -115. if we pick the minus 105 do we get + 100 if we win?

Hi. I took Pitt at + 135 for waht looked to be the second game. they switched pitchers and the + 135 guy pitched the first game I assume I get a win? thabks heart222

it stated right next to the game that it was game #1 that was +135, so u get game #1 no matter who pitched..

i know this is looking ahead but what happens on all-star week when there will be only 4 days worth of games to pick from?
