I know it's not in the rules but it seems to me that advancing people who could not beat the vig is not right. I think only people who were plus should advance.

Hate to sound agressive. but, whe nyou ruun a contest you can make up your own rules. this contest is 30 people not graded on the curve. + or -.

This opinion would have been appropriate before the start
of the round, not after it's over. What would not be right
would be to change the rules after the event is finished,
which is obviously not going to happen. The same opinion
could be stated about the first two rounds, for example
in the first when people qualified but failed to pick 50%
winners with huge vigs to choose from. But even the best
of cappers can have a bad run like that. So the way this
contest is designed it is set up so that if a good capper
has a bad run they can still make it through the early
rounds but will likely have to show their true colors to
survive in the latter stages.
