My hat's off to you for the Atlanta pick. You were spot on with that one. But you have to start listening to me about Philly. Their day has passed. They can change coaches and general managers all they like, it won't change the fact that Bobby Clarke failed to see what was happening in the "new" NHL. Now they are stuck with a bunch of guys who can hit, but they can't catch all the speed burners in the league. You can't hit what you can't catch. Pens skated circles around them Sat nite.
BTW, Ottawa reverted to form on Sat. They score in bunches for a few games, start to read their press clippings, and then don't show up to play a team that is miles below them in talent. Same as last year. |
