Hines Ward - WR - Steelers

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports Hines Ward (questionable, knee) did take part in a portion of practice Friday.

Ward caught a touchdown pass from Ben Roethlisberger near the end of Friday's workout. His knee has "improved dramatically," he said. "But I didn't push it to 100 percent." Ward will be a game-time decision early Sunday, but has maintained all along that he aims to play, which we're thinking should be good enough for coach Bill Cowher to give him the go ahead. We'd only sit him if we clearly had a safer, healthier option. Nov. 25 - 8:53 a.m. ET
