Steve Smith - WR - Panthers
With Chris Gamble (hamstring) inactive, Steve Smith is expected to return punts for the Panthers in Week 14.
It gives Smith a little added value if you're still worried about Chris Weinke. Smith could always return a punt for a touchdown.
