The Arizona Republic now believes Boldin's status is in doubt for Week 4, and considering how well Pittsburgh's secondary has played so far, he might be a fantasy play to avoid if he misses Friday. Boldin isn't that fast to begin with and Arizona may not want to risk re-aggravating the injury.
