Christian Bale Likely To Star As John Connor In 'Terminator 4':

Christian Bale is in final negotiations to star as John Connor in Terminator 4, which will be called 'Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins.'

The franchise which made Arnold Schwarzenegger a star, centered on a robot from the future, when machines waged war against humanity.

In the first movie, the Terminator's goal was to kill Sarah Connor, the mother of, John Connor, the future leader of the human resistance. But as the movies progressed, we got to know him a bit more and he was played by Edward Furlong in the second movie and Nick Stahl in the third.

What we're hearing about the fourth movie is that the story focuses on John Connor, who is now in his 30s, as he leads what is left of the human race against the machines.
If you can't remember where you've heard the name, Christian Bale is the current star of the 'Batman' movies. But all in all, he's just a solid actor who can play almost any role -- in 2004, he went on a rather scary crash diet to convincingly play an insomniac for 'The Machinist'.

I think the chances of Arnold making another action film may be "Against All Odds", but would love to make a trip to the movies just "One More Night" to see him star in a hit. Probably never happen thought because he apparently found his "True Colors" in politics.........
