Andrew748's Personal Crusade to Destroy EOG and another Portal becasue of grudges

We have been informed from a reliable source that Andrew748 is on the warpath reporting every image on 2 portals because he is holding grudges against The owner of this one and a person who works at the other one.


I am deeply disappointed in Andrew as I considered him a friend. He is not only trying to punish Ken here he is also hurting every person that used to work with him and people in Ken's Family that depend on EOG as either a job or something very close to them. I considered Andrew a Friend, and I don't see how you can let hate cloud your judgment. I understand Andrew is upset with Ken. But I don't see how you can throw away all that time you guys got to know each other over a Petty disagreement....


This is not the way you treat your supposed Friends.


I would post the email We have received, but I consider that a breach of Trust unless I have permission to do so. But I did feel so inclined to tell you people, espcially the ones who visit Tony Montana's Arts and Entertainment Section, that if pictures that he is copying from Public domain (Break.com, etc) have to come down it is because of a vengeful ex employee that is filled with Hate and rage.

I am just shocked as I never thought Andrew would do something like this. I am usually a good judgement of Character. OH well I admit when I make Mistakes....

DD... I can assure you that if something ever happens and I leave EOG, or any job, under Not Ideal Circumstances I would never say a word or do anything. The people trusted you enough to hire you and welcome you with open arms. You do not Turn your Back on anyone... It is a matter of Self Respect....

Lawsuits over the material if it is Copyrighted and we did not know it. When Andrew ran AE we were threatened daily with Cease and desist orders or get sued. That is why We had to go the Affiliate deal route... Lawsuits cost money... and that is what Andrew is hoping for... to Cost Ken and EOG money.

A) Who is this "reliable source" that is saying Andrew is doing this. More Importantly what actual proof is behind it aside from the normal he said she said B.S that appears on the forums when all the real interesting stuff happens behind the scenes. If this reliable source is within this industry and it is who I think it is I can understand why you don't mention this person by name.

B) Why do you guys even have a A&E section anyway. Wasn't one of the excuse/reasons why you let him go because of the server strain the gallery was causing? Why turn around and create what appears to be something that appears to be the same type of deal.

C) Didn't you people learn from the Google adsense deal? If you do the smallest thing that is technically legally wrong you have enough enemies who will quickly call you out on it. Sad as that may be but nobody in this industry is an angel to start with.

C) Well Posting Pics from Break and other Public domain sites is nothing like Google Adsense in any way... and I abhor anyone that would rat anyone out...they need to have car batteries hooked to their nuts and slowly lowered into a Tub of water so they die Violently

A) But you still don't provide proof of who this person is and the complete back story on how you became aware of this to be a fact.

B) Too most people nude pics are nude pics.

C) How isn't it the same while both are bitch moves to call eog out on you tried to sign up for a service that wasn't available to you and you are posting pictures you don't have copyright over even if the only intent is for killing time and not for any financial gain.
