Very much looking forward to it Tony.

Give Sebastian a call an have him upgrade you to a Spa Suite, charged to Glaken Centaine of course.

AND, moderation goes out the window for me on Vegas trips...

coco - what does it mean to "get nice?" does that mean you went out and did coke last night? you need to have more discipline than that coco. even though youre only like 19 yrs old, you can still have a heart attack from the coke. your choice.

my suggestion would be to quit the cigarettes and coke as they are soooooooooooo bad for you. continue to drink and smoke marijuana. then next year, quit marijuana, then drink for the rest of your life....

Best Wishes...ID

Low chance of getting a hearet attack doing coke. Yes i did get nice by sniffing a bit smoking cigs and drinking some goose with henny (bad mix)

As Mr.Hoffa said... moderation is the key. If you can control the habbit and not over do it you'll be fine.

Guys... i quit again. I went to the doctor on Monday and we had a small talk, i do have a a heart problem... nothing to serious, well depends how you look at it. We talked about me smoking drinking and all. So i said yeah i smoke and drink but not as much... she said that if you are going to quit this is the best time. I don't know what happened... i felt like someone slapped me in the face.

I went to my boys crib and smoked 4 blunts drank some beers and had couple of cigs.. that was monday. Since tuesday morning i haven't touched 1 damn cig or any type of drug. This is my 4th day without smoking and i been in situations where i was drinking beer at the bar and people were smoking and i was getting all hyper and jumpy and wanted to smoke. I dediced not too and i feel so much better now. My clothes don't smell... i can breathe better.. i save money... and it's great for my health.

This is my 4th day being drug free... weekend is going to be tough as i work a lot so we'll see.

Just some advice from a guy who has experienced withdrawls firsthand.

It is wise to ween off slowly. Withdrawals will make you depressed. If this doesnt work its important for you to know that another option is 'rapid detox.' Its very expensive but will take away all your addictions without the withdrawals. Withdrawals are the worst thing Ive ever dealt with. Good Luck. Ween off bro!

The first 3 days sucked... especially day 2 and 3. I overcame them and right now i feel fine. I'm not at a stage where i want to have a cig but i can't... i can't stand the damn smell man... i despise them. I don't have an addictive personality, i tried many drugs and i didn't fall in love with them. I got a bit tired of cocaine... i acted like a different person... had a fucked up nose... paid $20 for a .5g of powder and had shitty hangovers the night after.

Weed gets me depressed unless i smoke haze.

Isn't it better to have a couple of drinks and relax?

There is nothing more important in life then ones health. Vegetarianism will take you where you want to be real quick. Avoid all animal products and you will feel so good. more energy etc..... Good Luck.

Now you are pushing it a bit. I might read a bit about that but i need meat... it's in our dna. While knowing nothing about the matter i can still argue the fact that we need meat.. not everyday but atleast 2-3 times a week.

Tell me.. what do you eat for dinner... how does your week look like... what fills you up? I know you might eat 6-7 times a day.. that's great but i wouldn't be able to live without diving into some chickien on veal.

That's where i started the thread.

It really doesn't matter where the thread is for me... but it would get more response in the main forum i guess.

The BOCA products taste just like meat and have like zero cholesterol and 50% of the fat. Hot dogs, chicken Sands, and Burgers that taste the same without killing an animal. I eat lots of mexican food. I do eat seafood so thats my meat. Beans. Potatoes. Dont buy that dna stuff though. There isnt one good thing about eating meat my friend. Bad for your health, bad for the environment, torture of animals, bad lesson for kids(take what you can because you can). No fat vegetarians. I promise you that you will feel so much better. Energy is huge.

I think i eat right.

I'm 176 and 6'1" (Lost about 6-8 pounds due to cocaine)

It's survival of the fittest... animals eat animals. We prey for food just like we prey for women. We are predators in this environment and if you just are that picky about food then maybe you should grab your sack and tell me if you feel something down there.

I'm just joking really.. but i understand where you are comming from. You named meat as hot dogs and burgers... now that is gargabe meat to tell you the truth. I like to eat whole white chicken.. pork or veal which hasn't been procesed through some bullshit.

I eat a lot of vegetables and keep shitty food to the minimum.

I really dont care what other people eat but Im just trying to help you. It sounds like you want to purify your body. Trust me, meat just clogs you up. Slows you down. Takes 3-4 days to digest meat where as only a few hours to digest non-meat foods. There is so much more to it then taste. I love the taste but just dont want any part of the meat industry. Its no different then the tobacco industry in that they are the ones praying on people. Humans are not here to prey on animals like you say. In the animal kingdom its done for survival. We as humans are actually better off without the meat. God or whoever gave us brains to figure this shit out. Animals are strictly instinctive. They dont know any better. Lions would die without the meat. We will live longer without it.
To tell you the truth. As you know, last year I had four open heart surgeries. I had endocroditus. The same thing Mike Martz had. Its a heart infection that happens for unknown reasons. Its hard to pinpoint why someone gets it. Im only 35. I had less then a 15% chance of survival when they discovered what I had. The surgeons said if I was a meat eater or smoke or drank I would never had made it.

Sorry to hear that... i had no idea. I also have a heart problem... had it for a long time and the doctor told me that smoking is no good especially with my condition. It's not hard to avoid smoking or eating meat... it just takes time getting used to it and eating the foods that satisfy your cravings.
