I had a pretty fucked up dream. I dreamed that i was smoking a cigrattete and i felt so fucken terrible. Shit got me so pissed off and then i woke up, realized that it was all a dream and was really relieved.
If you smoke, you better quit that shit. |

I eat a lot of veggies, cottage cheese, tuna, chicken and meat also. Variety is key.

Variety is key when it comes to veggies and fruits but no meat is good for you and no, a variety of shitty foods isnt key. I always laugh at people who want to lose weight and talk about this diet and that diet. Its so simple. No animal poducys. Cheese, milk, meat. Seafood is ok. If you want to lose weight rapidly and keep it off and feel good with lots of energy then no animal products. When you do this you can eat as much of the other stuff as you want. And you can have desert too. Good luck COCO!!

i just heard a headline on foxnews that had Mexico's congress had passed a bill that will legalize possession of weed, coke, ecstasy and even heroin for personal use!
