January 5th, 12:50 am was the last pull of a cig i took. It's been almost 15 hours since i did anything. I'm planning to stop smoking cigs and pot. Also plan to quit the bit harder drugs like coke. Coffie was also another thing i quit, i don't need that shit really. I can drink 10 cups a day without an effort, i don't realize it but it all adds up. Plus when you have a coffie you have a cig, when you have a drink you have a cig, when you take a line you have a cig. It's all bullshit and kills my health.

This is the New Year, get it better shape... make some cash in gambling/real work, fuck bitches and do well in school.


I will try to keep this blog up, motivation is the key.

Yesterday i couldn't fall asleep because i sniffed, drank, and smoked bud right afterwards. My heart was pumpin it was so fucken annoying.

What i heard is that cocaine now a days is garbage unless you have a really good connect. Everyone does it, it's rediculous. I hear that people get addicted and drop out of school and all. Why? Because they are fucken losers. I hate the damn side effects... starts off by going to sleep, atleast trying to go to sleep. Then the next morning you feel like shit most of the time, and if you drank hardcore while sniffing you will be dying the next day. The mood is horrid, you feel like you want to commit suicide becasue it wears you out so much. Shit is .5 gram of powder for $20. That's only one bag..... why not get a bottle of goose or absolute and get wasted?

Cigs piss me off the most. I ain't touching them shit ever.

I never really had a liquor problem to speak of. I'll indulge from time to time and usually at a special event or holiday. What keeps me from drinking too often is that I like it more than my body does, the awful hangovers keep me from drinking too frequently.

Now back in my L.A. days, we used to see an awful lot of snow for a desert climate. This was NOT good for me back then as casual skiing led to an Olympic level of professional skiing. That level of snow play led to a lot of baseball playing and that was very detrimental to me and those around me.

It's been a long, long time since then and while a sudden snowfall would be fun, I certainly wouldn't want to live at the north pole again.

Ahh... that clears it up. I'm glad i haven't met the wrong people with money and supply to support my habbit. It's great while it lasts, but it's evil as fuck.
