The union has spoken and here we are.

We have never banned a poster before and is this a necessary 1st?

A little drama with no football for sure, and I really like a true Democracy when governed properly.

Take care and Thanks

Well its come down to this.

The other day I decided to send Stevo, some cash. And it took a huge weight off my shoulders. He lent me 500 dollars a while back, after I asked him for a loan because I was in trouble. He stepped up and helped me out and I am and will be forever thankful. Sunday, I had some money and felt that if I didnt pay Stevo money that day then it would be even longer before I would pay him, so I sent him what I had. It really felt good finally paying him, even if it wasnt the full 500. It was 250 of my money and it was hard to give it up, but I knew it was the right and only thing to do.

I was young and made a few mistakes in my past and obviously I will never hear the end of it. I got in to deep and hurt some people along the way. I never meant for it to get that far, but it did. Thats why I was so relieved even just to get Stevo 250.

I am not a scammer or a thief. I never scammed anyone on forums. I dont ask anyone here to lend me anything. It was hard enough asking stevo, a fellow mod to lend me money, even though I had the stability of a paycheck to pay him back with. I like to do things on my own and borrowing money is not something I enjoyed or wanted to do. Not paying back immediately was even worse. But I am definitely not a scammer. I was a young kid, starting law school, that got in to deep. I have not asked anyone for anything on the forums in over 18 months.

This is a nice community of psters and I enjoy posting here and I always felt that I had some good sports/gamblimg related topics to offer and start.

What the posters here think of me does mean alot to me and if the majority or even close to the majority of people dont want me posting here, in fear of me scamming someone, or just because they dont like my style, I will oblige and graciously leave.

I dont want to let one person destroy a hole community.

So whatever the vote is....I will honor the result.

I voted yes because of the lies and he continues to lie. He should have a permenant avatar that says "KNOWN STIFF", then I would have no problem with him posting. At least everyone would know what he is.

Default WHEN DO THE POLLS CLOSE?

And maybe instead of a BAN, EOG could dish out a PROBATION instead. A DOUBLE SECRET one like in ANIMAL HOUSE.

Bah... This is a GAMBLING forum... If we're going to ban someone, the decision should be left up to a game or a poker tournament so at least we can all get some excitement over it

MC,I don't believe you are a scammer.......I also don't think you should be banned.....

that being said, start being honest. There's no way Stevo gets paid if Ken dosen't talk to you.As well ,our mutual friend who will remain nameless until he says so,also wouldn't have seen anything. What bothers me is you have potential. If you are in law school, you obviously have half a brain, you have a good sense for sports......I just think you are addicted to action.

Poker now for you is going to be another baseball......Honestly,hope the best for you.Glad stevo got paid, and hope BMO gets his as well.

I said I would pay BMO 200$ of your debt if you track the year.If you'd like to go back to tracking,I will either pay him 50$ every few mths,or put it in ken's eog account to pay him back....let me know, and all the best

I voted NO and think this is a crock of chit!! Who's next to be voted on?? BTJ or TONY MONTANA.
I've watched this guy post nothing ,but sports picks and good conversation. Not once has he tried to scam anyone and now he aleast pays half his debt back to STEVO and you guys tear him a new asshole.
So what if KEN pressured him or loaned him some money and told him to keep it on the down low. STEVO now has his money.
He's a young kid who F'D up and now he deserves a second chance here at EOG!
F-it I'm going on a self imposed post review for a while!! MAY'N

I agree Tony.Don''t think anyone is in danger of getting scammed.I think MC really wants to be a professional gambler.Be it tout, poker ,whatever.

He made some mistakes as have everyone. He should be able to stay, but still has to do right.
