Reading from another thread, you seem to have insomnia, something i am quite used to. I don't know if you ever tried meditation but try it first by learning from someone who knows about it and that would put you to sleep quite well. At least it worked for me.

Not many can understand how hard it is not being able to sleep.

i am on all kinds of meds. some work for sleep....but im out of all of them now....i cant sleep without them. i have issues and am suppsoed to be on medications

was wondering about your toronto/anaheim over play. i was thinking about the under b/c angels bats have been asleep + halladay for toronto. do you think weaver is a complete gascan, or that halladay is overrated (era isn't that great, i guess) or both?
