In two games ve the indians this season Mark Buehrle has had an era of 6.75 and 11.12. In the first game he had a respectable whip of 1.25 while only lasting 4 innings while in the second matchup he had a whip of 2.82 and allowed 13 hits in 5.2 innings. The indians have been seeing the ball well off him. the tribe is also the leading scoring team in the central division and will look to get their bats going after being shut out on Monday. This year the indians are hitting .386 off Mark Buerhle in 44 Abs. They have only Struck out 4 times in those 44Abs which means they are putting the ball in play each time they are up which puts pressure on the defense to make plays, no free outs. Buehrle has been sharp since his sunday night meltdown in Minnesota but the soft tossing left may be due for something less than spectacular vs this team that seems to have his number this year.
Clev is batting over .380 vs Buehrle this year
Clev bats were shut down yesterday
Clev leads the Al central in runs
Clev team totals are typically 5 but tonight, vs Mark Buehrle, it sits at 4 which i see as a good value for the tribe.
