bucs is hard to figure. sometimes it seems he and i are cool, others it does not. but all and all, you cannot really be pulling vs him can you? or is this a reverse jinx kinda thing?

He sent me a hateful email and now of course I cant stand the guy and hope he loses really bad. Hes lost for 3 straight weeks now and I hope it continues. He keeps betting on the same teams that dog him. Real smart. Todd jones will burn him tonite hopefully. Hes an arrogant punk and Id like to box him up a bit. Why do mods like him and Dirty choose to overstep their boundaries and chase away EOG's customers? So stupid Mofo! Lets bail these ass wipes who dont deserve our business!

why did he send you an email like that? you must have been rippin him. sometimes things get sensitive no that thread for sure.
sometimes i question the intent of people...but i cant change anything. i come home yesterday with my passwords changed by someone who works here and it seems someone posted under my name and its my fault i guess. not sure if the posts were made up or here...no one showed me anything i have done wrong, no examples. i did sincerely try to just talk...but some people were going to blow anything i said out of the water anyway b/c they dont care for me. thats fine...im happy enough chillin here now. i know the feeling about wanting to see what people say in person...the e-world provides a lot of safety to a lot of mouths. |

I think the guy is a moron. Last month he tried to get posters to buy him a computer. That from a guy who has won 3 straight years. Yea right! Hes been losing for 3 straight weeks now and hes breaking down. How sad to make your living scamming posters. Yes, EOG pays him so hes scamming posters into believing hes good at picking winners. We all know he sucks three days a week so why does he post picks on those days? Scammer!! Couldnt afford a fucking computer. What a joke! And Im supposed to believe he bets his plays even if they did win? Sure Bucs!~

Bucs, we had a small battle early in the year which i take blame for. while i did not intend for things to escalate, they did and we had our words and did so, for the most part, in private which was good. Its my fault that i come across as agressive sometimes when i am either messin around or just testing a guy i dont know. i feel that you are actually very honest and straight forward. as i have told cal, i have not once seen you bash in someones thread and i had no idea there was a history b/w you two previous to eog.com. there are many here whom posted on many many boards and know eachother from way back, i am meeting most here for the first time. cal has never bothered me, but most people dont bother me and when he did bash me for a bit, i gave him some good rep and kinda laughed. With him i did that but with others i do get defensive and come back at them...tho im typically enjoying the altercation. with you i think many are jealous that you are paid, plain and simple. whether you have 1 million dollars or 10 thousand makes no difference to me. someone who wins a lot thru wagering doesnt neccessarily save all that money, people have families and some people spoil others or do what they please. Im certain that if you were looking for a PC you would have done so behind the scenes and i never saw you ask for a thing. when people find someone who caps well and they can follow for a period, offers will undoubtedly come. its humbling really. I have seen you get a defensive and annoyed with people, but how could u not and it never seems as if something you hold on to. you seem to move on for the most part and who really cares if you are defensive or get annoyed sometimes? people seem to view things like this as a "weakness" or something to attack when its really called being human. I dont think its in any persons nature to allow others to walks all over something they take pride in.
and then some think that b/c you are complimented often you should just accept the bashing...well i dont see how that makes sense. you intent is to help....if your inetent is too help then compliments are warrented regardless of the results. you do not throw the pitches and you do not come in to save the games....you try to find values that u see more as an investment than a risk and thats not simple in any sport. and it certainly comes with pressure...each HR hit vs you is magnified by knowing 3 thousand people know your plays and saw that HR. and when you win its satisfying to a point....but i think that most people wager b/c they Expect to win. and if you achieve and expect result, its accepted, not celebrated by the one capping the event. Losses are the one that take their toll. I think you do a good job, are certainly human, keep your opinions in your own thread and never make things too personal. and i know, from experience, that if there is something person you will talk with someone one on one, clearly not looking to one up anyone or gai attemtion from an e-battle. being in your position it would be Very easy to put some in their palce and be rude at times when u feel backed up and as if the games cant end soon enough. I think u do a good job with that. I dont know much about cal, he doesnt bother me at all but he doesnt harrass me as he does some others. I think all you can do, and i see you do this, is invite people to fade you. if they dont like your plays, get tracked and play against them and see where they are at. either way they can use you as a source to their, perceived, benefit. all one can control is their intent and if its just, humble, and well natured, i dont see what more someone could ask for. |

well cal, while i have tried not to bother people and just post my opion, some will complain anywya from freewinners, or here or some people that just dont like me for one reason or another. while i dont regret things and try to be honest, fun, and provided knowledge on the sports, i do realize that people do not just select me out of a hat to have problems with. Sometimes people use me as a scapegoat for all the problems, but i take responsibilty for my own. really, in the scheme of life, its not a big deal. I have a hard time posting on threads and realizing that when i am talking to just one person it doesnt matter b/c everyone reads it. everything is public and many people will interpret things in many ways. many peolpe here know me and know i dont mean to harm anything....but im defensive and certainly dont back down from anything i dont like....sometimes its better off just leaving things alone. and while i typically just respond, meaning someone else is playing a part, i have to know that the less i respond, the less people will bait. the funny thing is that some people dont think i recognize what is going on....i know Sb likes to bait me, romo the same and dont mind the interaction and we will be cool afterwards...but i like it sometimes. talking shit is just pretty fuckin fun sometimes lol
as far as the changing of my password and no one explaining it, thats garbage, but there isnt much i can do. i have been told a few interesting things by people i swore to keep silent and i will....but it just makes ya wonder who is straight and who isnt. i try to take peolpe at their word when i meet them. i dont lie and dont expect others too...but some people are just shady and thats never gonna change. and as far as shrink making money when i post...so what? his making money pleaes him an certainly doesnt take away from me at all. if someone benefits from something and no one suffers, seems like a good thing. as far as your books and all, i dont know much about that. never heard of lie detectors from wagering and all...seems like there must have been a lot to it |
