Cory Lidle called WFAN 2 days earlier....
I was listening to WFAN on Monday when Cory Lidle called in to defend statements he made about Yankee "preparation" for the Division Series....
Mike Francesa and Chris "Mad Dog" Russo tried to claim that Lidle threw his manager Joe Torre "under the bus" with his statements about the Tigers being more prepared and more "up" for the series.... Lidle seemed quite agravated and frustrated with Mike & Chris.... These guys seem to thrive on putting the most controversial spin on every comment any player makes....
