You can't really blame Cris for this idiots actions. Look at the URL he is posting. It is linked to his affiliate code I'm sure. He gets the credit if you go through that link. He is just some stupid tool trying to make a quick buck, and making a pretty solid book look foolish in the process. I'm sure if someone informed Cris that this dude is a nusance and gave them his code, they would take some action.
