Call your offshore's customer service about ways to fund. Use your common sense.

all will have to excuse me----i was away from all of the action for several months due to my job---but the last time i checked this issue was openly discussed and when i used those ideas generated from this fine forum full of highly functioning and logical posters----guess what? i couldn't fund my acct---so i figured i would i ask those who are in the know----silly me.

Did you register the card? You can't just buy it and use it, you must register it first either online or by calling their 800 #.
