Actually not even looking at the pitching matchups -- I just have numbers crunched for each team that compare what they have actually done with what I think a book quickly putting a team total up on the fly will think they have done. If the difference between these two numbers if a half a run or more, then I bet it.

Thanks again SOS - one quick question - what do you use to determine the unit size? Dodgers and Colorado have consistently been 3 units, others 2 and the rest 1 - is it because they are farther off from your analysis?

Yeah, just a bigger discrepancy between my predicted runs scored and the total... In the 1 unit plays, I feel the totals are a half-run off, 2 unit plays are a full run off, 3 unit plays are 1.5 runs off.

As the season goes on, those change... You'll notice that San Fran and San Diego were consistently 3 unit plays for a couple of weeks (may not have been posted here yet, but they were), but since then the oddsmakers have adjusted and they are now 2 unit plays.

Thanks for the support guys, but lots of plays each day means a lot of volatility, so this could go south quick ya never know.

One of the two outs I was playing these at was getting 90% of my action, and today all of a sudden the other out is getting 90% of my action, which worries me that they are shading me on the UNDER a bit since thats the majority of my plays, we'll see.
