I just spoke with a friend, who works at the IU Athletic Dept. There are only 7 of the 13 players practicing right now.

The ones who are NOT practicing include: DJ White (starter), Jamarcus Ellis, Deandre Thomas, Armon Bassett (starter), Jordan Crawford (starter) and Brandon McGee.

The ones who are practicing include: Eric Gordon (starter), Lance Stemler, Kyle Taber, Mike White, Eli Holman (injured), Adam Ahlfeld (walk on) and Brett Finkelmeier (walk on).

Half the team is threatening to quit. Dan Dakich and Jeff Meyer are running the practice and Ray McCallum may also be out as an assistant if Sampson goes.

IU plays Northwestern tomorrow and this team is a mess. Just an FYI.

Crean had to have eli holman removed from his office today by police officers.
