Is New Mexico a live dog vs. BYU?
The Lobos have pulled off one fairly impressive upset of Arizona. They run the hell out of the ball.
We have seen chinks in the Cougars' armor. They were nearly upset by Washington and were less than impressive against Utah State, as those of us who laid the points last week are all too aware. They're on a 15-game(?) winning streak -- they're due to lose one. But New Mexico's pass defense is wretched, and BYU's bread and butter is chucking the rock all over the field. Lobos' best shot is to cause a few turnovers (Cougars have done it a few times this season), run the ball effectively, grind out the clock and minimize BYU's possessions. What do you guys think?
