I actually think this FF will turn out better than the Men's (i know hindsight is 20-20).

I will play against the ESPN hype in both games. They want this Tennessee-Connecticut matchup so bad and they may get it, but the lines are a little generous here.

381 LSU (+4')
Van Chancellor (as I said in Wink's thread) is excellent. He was the coach with the Houston Comets and built that franchise into one of the few successful franchises in the WNBA both on and off the court in terms of financial stability. LSU is in their 5th straight FF. They are senior-laden and the best defensive team in the tourney and the country for that matter. Parker is banged up and nowhere near 100%. Fowles will give her problems. Tennessee lacks just one thing, a consistent outside shooter. Angie Bjorklund has really been disappointing.

383 Stanford (+8')
Stanford is also senior-laden and good defensively and well-coached. All 3 things that I like in taking dogs. UConn is the best team talent for talent, but they are young and Stanford is a veteran team. I watched them beat Tennessee at home in December. Take out HCA in that game and I wouldn't put UConn -4' or -5 over Tennessee. Still decent value here.
