| I have posted across the street for a few years now, but pretty much just sick and tired of the site being down. Throw in the fact that the board is losing valuable members by the day led me to my decision to come over here. I have been a long time reader of this board, and it seems there are some solid handicappers. The more knowledge and input you can get, the better. I am not sure if I should start with a new record over here, or if I should carry over my ytd record that is documented across the street? I am about 20 games over .500, and +10units or so over 300+ plays. It's been a frustrating year, and expect to be better, so i'm looking for a strong finish to get me to my yearly average of 55% and +60 units. I will post my cbb and mlb plays daily. Last season I was documented +70 units over 700+ plays so I hope the added discussion this board brings can help both myself and other members. Ok enough rambling, just wanted to give a quick introduction, and if anybody has any input on what I should do with my yearly record I am all years. Have been working on Saturday's card for a while. Will post some games as soon as Bookmaker sends out the numbers. GL to everyone! |

| Welcome Homedawg! I am fairly new to the site as well, but so far what a welcome and what a great feel on here. Disappointed in myself that I didn't start posting my picks and giving my 2 cents. Great to have more people to the community. Good luck and lets DANCE! ![]() BTW: Which games are you eyeing for saturday? |

| ye sir. bleed orange. tons of recruits going to be at the dome this weekend. they are sure to see a crazy atmosphere. going to be 30k strong this sunday. i have courtsides so i will def be there. i have said all year long if they can protect their home court, beat the lower tier members of the conference, and steal a few road wins against the upper echelon members of the league and they can get a #2 or #3 seed in the tournament. Louisville scares me. They have been red hot, but Syracuse is going to have a strong edge in the back court. Sosa is trash, and Flynn is coming off the worst game of his career. Mark it down Flynn is going to have a huge game. He is embarrassed of how he played at Pitt this Monday. I am expecting a big game from him and a Cuse victory. This win could go a long way on letting the nation know they are a legit threat for the title. imo they are 1 of the top 6 or 7 most talented teams in the country. |

| David Oku, RB from Oklahoma, will be the top recruit to set foot on the Cuse campus this winter. He is currently a Volunteer commitment, but his recruiter, Stan Drayton, is now with the Cuse staff. Drayton is a monster RB coach and a great recruiter. That said, Oku will be a Vol im sure. Just not enough in place right now for the big orange. My uncle interviewed for the Cuse HC job a few months ago and, obviously, didnt get it. His fam still loves it up there, but he wasn't one of their top couple candidates im sure. They were pretty awesome when he was there though. He actually got a verbal from Mike Vick before he backed out to stay home and play at VT.

I have said for a while that losing Mike Vick to VT was the beginning of the downfall of Syracuse football. It is too bad because Syracuse is a great college town, and I can speak for the fans that we are truly suffering. While I agreed that coach P needed to go in order to bring this program back to where they were, I did not agree with the hiring of Greg Robinson. Greg is a solid D C, but he is not a head coach. I do like Marrone. He is like one of us. He gave a pretty motivating speech at the halftime of the Syracuse - ND game last weekend that sold me on him. He said that everything that he has done in his career was to get to this point, which is head coach of Syracuse. This is is dream job, he is one of us, and really hope he succeeds. Recruiting seems to have been given a shot in the arm, so hopefully we can get some impact players in and get this thing turned around. Mike Williams is coming back to school next season so our wide receiver core should be one of the best in the Big East.....now if we can only get someone that can get them the ball. | |

Rogers was the OC when Cuse set all their records. He is the one Mcanabb committed to. He is the one Vick committed to.

| All plays are rated on a 1 -10 unit base. Almost all plays are between 2 - 5 units. Rarely do I go over 5 units, and have had only 1 10unit play the past 2 years (winner on Seattle Marines +120 last mlb season). I have had 3 or 4 7 unit plays this cbb season and have yet to lose one (most recently Bradley this week). To start it off 3 Units Wright St -4 -110 Wanted to play this one at the current number. Have a few other I will be playing, but will hold off as I think I can get a better number. Will be playing the following; Washington, Buffalo, USC, and most likely Denver. |

| Welcome Homedawg and good luck at your new home. As far as the record goes I dont really think I should take the liberty of suggesting what you should do. Personally I feel your only as good as your next bet, yesterdays gone and tomorrow is not guaranteed. Easy for me to say cause I have been terrible this year and have lost track of my lousy record. But I still continue to try and put out accurate and helpful information. From my end I would appreciate the info and insight as to how you come to have a winning record and approach the matchups, than just following your plays based on your record. Dont get me wrong your record is important to a lot of people but whether you start over or carry it over doesnt really matter to me. Stoked to see you on Wright St. by the way, Im down on them too. Good luck and once again a warm welcome. |

| sorry Chuck, but it's Syracuse Orange haha. Should be a great game either way, and I actually have a big play coming up on that game. Tons of athletes all over the floor tomorrow. Of course it's not as good as last year when they were 1 vs. 2, but should be a good one nonetheless. |

| Homedawg, you are more than welcome to bring your record over here. You have put in a good season of work and you don't have to restart just because you moved forums. If you like, simply post the record that accurately reflects your season to date.
