	Bills coach Dick Jauron said Monday that Marshawn Lynch is "sore," but that initial tests didn't reveal a fracture to his ankle. "There is a concern," Jauron said. "But as he said last night, he feels like he'll play (in Week 11). He's very upbeat." The Bills are clearly optimistic, and it doesn't sound like Lynch is in danger of missing Week 11. He might sit out a practice or two this week. Lynch will undergo an MRI Monday, so don't assume anything yet.

Coach Dick Jauron indicated Monday that Marshawn Lynch's ankle injury is more severe than the typical sprain and could force him out multiple weeks.
Buffalo is prepared to go with Anthony Thomas as its starter and Dwayne Wright as his oft-used backup. Wright might be the favorite for goal-line carries, while Thomas would get the majority of the touches. Fred Jackson could also be used sparingly. 	Bills head coach Dick Jauron says he's not optimistic about Marshawn Lynch's chances of playing in Week 12 against Jacksonville. Lynch has a high ankle sprain, so it's not a surprise that he's in danger of missing multiple games. Jauron did say that Lynch hasn't been ruled out yet and has shed his walking boot. Lynch is out of his walking boot and no longer sporting a noticeable limp, but high ankle sprains can be unpredictable. "He's now doing some running and some cutting, but nothing like full speed playing," Jauron said. what REALLY hurts us is in week 14 - first week of the playoffs - the bills play sunday BUT Da Bears play thursday meaning we will probably have to start AP thursday because we can't take any chances

Lynch ran with the first team, indicating the Bills were hoping to have him start or at least split action with Fred Jackson. He says his "goal" is to play Sunday, "but if it doesn't happen this week, then next week for sure." Lynch reportedly limped slightly, and says the ankle grew sore as practice wore on, so he could be held out on Thursday. 	Marshawn Lynch (ankle) practiced with the starters Friday and is listed as questionable to face the Dolphins. He was not limited in the workout. "We're a lot more optimistic," coach Dick Jauron said after the workout. Lynch practiced with the first team all week and all signs point to him playing against Miami, though he's likely to lose some action in the passing game to Fred Jackson. He carries some risk, and owners should check the inactives on Sunday morning to be safe, but Lynch is well worth an RB2 play in a favorable matchup. The Dolphins' defense is extremely banged up.
