Kellen Winslow says he may never fully recover from his recent surgeries, "But my 90 percent is better than every tight end out there."

Good to see his time off has humbled Winslow. He's practiced with no restrictions in training camp and the Browns are reportedly making him the focal point of the offense with Braylon Edwards out. If he lasts 100 picks in fantasy drafts, he's a solid value.
