I could use some help!!

I am hoping i earned one of you baseball GURUs some cash and are willing to some me some love. I am joining my father-in-laws baseball fantasy league and could use some help with my team as id like to not make a fool of myself.
This is a 12-man league keeper league, keeping 8 players from the previous year. There are 10 teams returning from last year, and 2 new teams, me being one of them. Now that the 10 returning teams already have their 8 keeper players, all remaining players have been tossed back in the free agent pool. Me and the new guy will each draft our 8 players before the actual draft begins.... i have attached the teams in the league with their 8 keepers from last year.
Who do you guys think i should have on the top of my board?
Any sleepers i should consider? Players i should stay away from?

when all is said and done, i should have 2 players at each position (6 outfielders) and 10 pitchers for a total of 26 players
