But before I get into my rant.....since this is my first post, let me say thanks to Shrink for invitin' me over.....and to wish him luck with this gig.

Now for the business at hand.....

I have been an avid rotisserie addict for the past 10 years.....and have mostly played on CDM. I play rotisserie baseball. football & basketball....including their $1,000 "high roller challenges."

I have put up with their slow payouts (it takes several weeks to even get your victory acknowledgement and several more weeks to get a check)....figuring that was just how it was.

I have put up with banner ads that perpetually inflict my computer with spyware (their office claims they monitor their advertisers....yeah right).....and have spent money on programs to clean it up.

But now when I went to make my player changes in this year's high roller challenge.....a game I paid $1,000 to play......I saw that the whole right hand side of the page.....like 1/4 of the page space.....was ads. The game itself was off center and awkward to read. I called their office and they were ok with cancelling my entry but didn't seem to understand how offensive the ads are to a paying customer. Imagine paying for HBO and having to sit through commercials every 15 minutes.

So now it is a matter of principle....I won't play at CDM anymore.....they are greedy beyond the limits of good business sense. The problem (for me) is.....I have no idea where else to find a good game (CDM did have great games...I will give them that much). Does anybody here know a good site.....reliable.....decent sized payouts (even if slow).....that treats its players with respect ????

Welcome Zapster.....Let me check around for you, But it may be too late to get in a Full season league for that type of Money.....But we may be able to find a Half season and foots is definite......


We run our Leagues out of CBSSportsline....as I have played at many places over the last 10 years and I personally like this one the Best. They have Traditional Rotisserie, 5x5, head to head etc.....I have gotten to where the Head to head Model is my Favorite.


I got some buds who know of some serious league's and will do what I can...

I did stumble across CBS Sportsline's game at the last minute and got into their Double Platinum thing.....and it looks like it is very well run.....so I will get my fix for baseball.......but there WILL be the matter of NFL (and NBA playoffs) !! So please let me know what yoiu hear.
