LaDainian Tomlinson (MCL) expects to be limited in May minicamps for the Chargers, but a full go for training camp.
He says his knee is feeling "90%" and it's no surprise the Chargers will take it easy on him this summer. Tomlinson continues to talk about playing a bit of preseason action this year, which sounds like a good idea after back-to-back slow starts. Apr. 20

	Report: Tomlinson may not be ready for Denver

	LaDainian Tomlinson (toe) did not practice on Thursday and is in danger of missing Week 2, according to NFL Network's Adam Schefter. Tomlinson's now missed two straight days of practice, and while he's seemed confident all along that he'll play, he could be listed as questionable on the injury report. LT2 owners need to grab Darren Sproles. The Chargers' team depth chart lists him ahead of rookie Jacob Hester, and Sproles was by far the better back this preseason as both an inside and outside runner. Source: Chargers.com Depth Chart

	LaDainian Tomlinson - RB - SD - Sep. 12 - 4:15 p.m. ET
	LaDainian Tomlinson (toe) returned to Chargers practice in full on Friday, according to ESPN's John Clayton. He is listed as questionable, but Clayton says Tomlinson will play in Week 2. So much for using Darren Sproles. San Diego and Denver don't square off until 4:15 ET on Sunday, but it goes without saying that Tomlinson is worth waiting for. The Broncos are likely to have problems stopping him.

	Report: Sproles to get more touches than LT2
	Darren Sproles - RB - SD - Sep. 19 - 5:50 p.m. ET
	Chargers beat writer Kevin Acee said on NFL Network's Team Cam program that he expects Darren Sproles to get more carries than LaDainian Tomlinson on Monday night. Acee said Tomlinson's toe is too painful for him to consistently push off and make moves horizontally. Acee also indicated that LT2 may only get around 10 carries against the Jets, just like last week. Sproles should be in lineups as a flex or RB2, particularly in points per reception leagues. He is a potent threat out of the backfield. www.sandiegochargers.ws

That would then put the ball in Tomlinson's court, forcing him to decide if he wants to remain in San Diego at far less than the $24 million he's owed over the next three years on his current deal.
