|  Torre Unsure about Damon Johnny Damon, CF NYY News: The Yankees expect to have World Baseball Classic players Bernie Williams, Alex Rodriguez and Derek Jeter in the lineup Sunday against Cleveland. Torre isn't sure about Johnny Damon (sore shoulder). Analysis: Damon should be fine for the start of the regular season and will set the table for one of the best lineups in baseball history. He wasn't on a bad unit last year, but his power numbers should spike up a bit at Yankee Stadium. His speed numbers should decline though as he begins to age. He's absolutely worth picking up as a No. 2 or 3 outfielder in mixed leagues. |
