Every week this season, in conjunction with the CBS SportsLine's Power Rankings, we break down the top 10 most intriguing pitchers and hitters in Fantasy Baseball. These are not the best -- and might not even be the hottest -- but we highlight them for powering their teams this week. Stats are from Monday, April 24 through Sunday, April 30.
Top 10 Hitters
Position, player, team Week 2 Rotisserie stats
1 CF Johnny Damon, NYY .429 AVG, 2 HR, 4 RBI, 10 R, 5 SB
Perhaps he anticipated his return to Fenway Park this week.
2 1B Albert Pujols, STL .381-3-6-8-0
Record-setting April has him on pace for 90 homers! Oh my.
3 1B Ben Broussard, CLE .625-4-13-6-0
Huge sleeper week and then goes out and hurts himself.
4 RF Moises Alou, SF .500-3-12-4-0
Old goat expectedly hot while Barry Bonds was last week.
5 RF Kevin Mench, TEX .439-4-10-6
HR streak was snapped, so could streak hitter now go cold?
6 1B Lance Berkman, HOU .333-4-9-4-0
Injury to start '05 now a distant memory for consistent stud.
7 SS Jose Reyes, NYM .318-0-4-6-5
Power and run production is low, but those steals are golden.
8 1B Jason Giambi, NYY .400-2-10-3-0
Great start follows great second half and shows MVP is back.
9 C Victor Martinez, WAS .400-3-5-5-2
Clearly there's no doubt who the runaway Fantasy catcher is.
10 CF Vernon Wells, TOR .417-2-7-5-1
Hot start of our breakout 27-year-old shouldn't surprise you.
Honorable mentions: LF Barry Bonds, SF; CF Corey Patterson, BAL; DH/1B Shea Hillenbrand, TOR; SS Carlos Guillen, DET; CF Cory Sullivan, COL; SS Derek Jeter, NYY; LF Pat Burrell, PHI; 3B Chone Figgins, LAA; 3B Garrett Atkins, COL; RF Geoff Jenkins, MIL; RF Magglio Ordonez, CHW; 1B Prince Fielder, MIL; 3B Miguel Cabrera, FLA; SS Clint Barmes, COL; RF Brad Hawpe, COL; LF Josh Willingham, FLA; RF Jonny Gomes, TB; LF Matt Murton, CHC.

Top 10 Pitchers
Position, player, team Week 2 Rotisserie stats
1 SP Chris Capuano, MIL 2 W, 0.56 ERA, 12 K, 0.562 WHIP
Third-year starting pitcher breakout currently No. 1 Fantasy SP.
2 SP Brandon Webb, ARI 2-1.69-9-0.750
Last year's third-year starting pitcher has won his past four starts.
3 CL Brian Fuentes, COL 1-2.25-6-1.500-3 Saves
Week would have been even better if he didn't need Sunday off.
4 SP Mike Mussina, NYY 2-1.50-14-1.083-0
Post-Mel Stottlemyre, Moose doesn't look so bad anymore.
5 SP Jeff Suppan, STL 2-1.39-6-0.846-0
Free agent to be makes up for slow start to season in big way.
6 SP Bronson Arroyo, CIN 1-0.00-8-0.375-0
One start was great, as great as his start in Cincy/NL has been.
7 SP John Lackey, LAA 1-0.00-8-0.750-0
Quietly burgeoning ace makes up for L.A. loss of Bartolo Colon.
8 SP Johan Santana, MIN 1-3.38-10-1.000-0
The Royals again to be perfect elixir for pitcher off to slow start.
9 SP Sean Marshall, CHC 1-0.00-7-0.571-0
Ownership shot up from 7 percent to 35 percent after this outing.
10 CL Billy Wagner, NYM 0-0.00-7-1.250-3
Week starts with a blown save, but final numbers look great.
Honorable mentions: SP Joe Blanton, OAK; SP Cory Lidle, CIN; SP Kenny Rogers, DET; SP Ervin Santana, LAA; SP Kevin Millwood, TEX; SP Scott Kazmir, TB; RP Keith Foulke, BOS; SP Kyle Davies, ATL; SP Aaron Harang, CIN; SP Chris Carpenter, STL; SP Daniel Cabrera, BAL; CL Jonathan Papelbon, BOS; CL Fernando Rodney, DET; CL David Weathers, CIN; CL Danys Baez, LAD; CL Derrick Turnbow, MIL; CL Jason Isringhausen, STL.

Week 1: 1B Chris Shelton, DET; SP Curt Schilling, BOS
