Brodeur agrees to contract extension with Devils

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- New Jersey Devils goaltender Martin Brodeur has signed a contract extension, ensuring the All-Star and Olympian will return to the team next season. Solid career he's put together, good guy also met him a a few summers ago in MTL with his kids. Real big guy also especially for a goalie, he's like 215 lbs, saw him after he was in the news and rumours were flying about his divorce and what happened with his wife. I remember them saying how it was going to ditract him and get him off his game. They ended up winning the cup that yr. Solid as they come and has represent Canada well in international play also.
