there is a possibility of adding a play in the cal/edm game.. ill add it in this thread later and list it as play #11..

this is a 100% mechanical value based system.. it is in no way, play all the dogs.. the plays will taper off as the season progressed..

all plays include OT... i do not want a push..... all risking one unit.

sorry - can't come with ya on this one - actually looking to lay -1.5

the kings are AWFUL this year and the ducks are DAMN GOOD! this one could get real ugly really fast. as a die-hard kings' fan i am rooting for them - but they will easily MISS the playoffs and probably never be close

I have no plays for tuesday oct 10.... ill return on wed oct 11th..

I play a 100% mechanical ML dog system and i cannot just throw a game out there tonight....... Up almost 5 units for week 1, in the NHL isnt that bad..

SSI ... many thanks for the time and effort you are putting into your latest "system" ... looks promising ... 3 quick questions:

1. Regarding tonight's NHL picks, does not Boston at +140 qualify vs Atlanta or does Atlanta's 2 game winning streak render Boston ineligible?

2. I've been using Covers.com to check lines, past and present ... On October 7, Covers lists ANA as a winner but with a MoneyLine of -107. You list your bet as ANA at +103 ... should I just assume you were able to jump in early to get the good line at +103?

3. Regarding "backtesting", could you share with us the site or sites you use to generate the required statistics?

1. no, boston is not a play for me..

2. yes anaheim opened (+1.03)..... alot of lines that are close to (+1.00) ill go ahead and jump on them early..

3. sorry, not at present time.... but ill be glad to list the plays daily..

thats why boston was not a play for me..

wed: 2-0 (+2.24 units)

overall NHL 2006: 16-14 (+7.18 units)

system is dominating the early part of season, no reason to think it will not continue year round, thru the nhl and mlb seasons..
