Lab-
I agree especially with your pix on Dallas and Vancouver. Detroit still has some talent but will be inconsistent this year I believe and may particularly struggle away from Joe Louis. Kolzig had to make 45 saves on Wed, including 20 in first per when Caps gave Avs 4 pp's, including a 5 on 3 for 2 minutes. Caps have never done well in Vancouver or against Luongo.
Good luck tonite.

Lab-
Well we certainly had the right side in the Vancouver game, but still didn't cash. Canucks totally dominated the 1st per, outshooting Caps 16-1 I believe. Ice looked like it was tilted. Actually the domination lasted pretty much the whole game. SOG's were 44-21 at the end, but Caps and esp. Kolzig again hung tough. Caps got a pp and then ear;y on a 2 man adv and scored both ends of the pp to tie. Van had lots of chances in 3rd per but poor shooting and Kolzig kept them off the board. There were few penalties in the game because this was fire-wagon hockey, up and down the ice all night. Because of that I don't think Caps will be in good shape to play another up tempo team like Oilers on Sat nite.
BTW, Kolzig was #1 star, and how often do you see that on the road in a game lost by his team?
Let's get em tomorrow.

Blab: Nice recent hockey run, I like to see what you pick in NHL, but honestly these Finnish plays for 4 and 5 units are a joke for record tracking purposes. The limit is $100 at Pinny, every $100 moves it 9 cents, if a unit was $500, 5 units would move those lines tremendously. You can't seriously have a record with these plays, IMO ! Your unit would have to be like $20.

Not too many other outs for those in the states, no more bet$3.65.

Just my thought, that it's not really bettable, and false to use it in a record.

Doug,I'm personally fine with that......I really don't care. The units are a base of strength, not how much I myself,or guys who bet more than 100 a play can afford. It is a bet.Can it help people out,of course.

You know as well as anyone Doug, that my hockey, will probably make us over 300 units. As well as the nba totals being huge.I do what I can.If I post over 194 in a nets game at 12 and by 6 it's moved 4 pts, does that make me a bad guy to those who weren't around at 12?

I can post or not.My 5 unit finnish plays are strong because I know they can be beat. Now,do I get the same down on them as nhl, hell no.......is that my fault though?Cris takes europeen ice now too.so should I only post a unit size of what I can get down? It wouldn't even be a unit buddy, you know that

I have tracked NHL separately all year, I put the all other hockey in the "other" section...

I'll certainly give you, the fact that your early calls on NBA line moves are usually very spot-on, even if they fail, they only miss by a tad. Now one has to determine that ignoring Blab on bases is the correct thing to do, and say hockey only... but that's selective.

Should not the record on everything mean something ?

Doug,I really don't care....this is for those playing or wanting to play.....

my baseball record reads -180 units down, which dosen't take into acount the over 70 units up from early in the season/.......

either way I stunk up the joint, and Jrock does an unbelievable job in tracking and guys knowing if I'm heating up or sucking elephant balls.

that being said,NHL,NBA,and euro ice will all produce huge units. You guys can decide how u want me to post units.....

best of luck, Lab. I'd like to see on what I already bet, instead of against me.
