Lab-you may be right. The price is certainly attractive and probably inflated over what it would have been at start of season, but...Buffalo rolls four lines, all of which can score and has 6 or 7 D who can play D. They are all good skaters and most important, Lindy Ruff has them coming to play every nite. Certainly what this game means will not be lost on anyone in Buffalo tonite. I imagine the place will be going crazy and crowd will give home team a big boost. BOL to you but I can't go against the best team in the NHL right now.

My hat's off to you for the Atlanta pick. You were spot on with that one. But you have to start listening to me about Philly. Their day has passed. They can change coaches and general managers all they like, it won't change the fact that Bobby Clarke failed to see what was happening in the "new" NHL. Now they are stuck with a bunch of guys who can hit, but they can't catch all the speed burners in the league. You can't hit what you can't catch. Pens skated circles around them Sat nite.
BTW, Ottawa reverted to form on Sat. They score in bunches for a few games, start to read their press clippings, and then don't show up to play a team that is miles below them in talent. Same as last year.
