This Coyote team is pretty bad, but he has them playing hard-nosed defensive hockey and even though they more than likely won't make the playoffs Wayne has done a pretty decent job behind the bench, imo.

I don't think he does much of the x's and o's stuff, if any. He lets his assistants run practices, but that may be the case for a lot of teams.

What he does bring is such a presence and respect from the players that may be unprecedented in NHL history. I wonder if he will coach Canada at the Olympics or World Cup some day.
