I'm liking the Sens today. I know there's some crazy talk about Buffalo becoming the third team ever in the NHL to overcome a 3-0 deficit based on their game four win. While most people aren't that dramatic a lot of people on Buffalo today. Not me though, Buffalo jumped on a dis-interested and cocky Senators team for the first period and a half. The last 25 mins of the game Ottawa took over and Buffalo hung on for dare life.
Only Ryan Miller saved Buffalo from blowing the 3-0 lead. So what if Buffalo is going home, Ottawa when they play their game is the better team. I think that game four loss was just the wakeup call Ottawa needed. Emery scares me as always and to a lesser extent their PP but I love Ottawa as a dog, they are 2-0 as a dog in the series so far. I like the trend to continue. In pro sports always expect the unexpected but I believe Ottawa ends this thing today. |

I think your posts makes sense, however, it intriguing to think that 2 of the next 3 are in Buffalo.
Big X factor is as long as Bryan Murray is behind the bench, the opposition as always has a chance. The guy that can't finish the deal. Think Buffalo has a chance to run the table. Anti Ottawa statement. |

I think the coaching match-up has been fairly even. If anything you could give the edge in this series to Murray. Doesn't really matter though, when you have the horses you look like a genius, when you don't you're fired.

Ottawa the opportunistic team...listening to XM; have the Buffalo, Ottawa and national feeds. All say Buffalo getting zero respect from subpar Bill McCreary and his fellow zebras. That's gotta change or Sabres don't stand a chance.
