wings might get by the Avs but Sharkey's Machine will (hopefully) give them all they can handle - they are better than the Wings on the ice - but not between the ears and that might make the difference

Sharks better not look past the Stars, as they will have their hands full with this team. Brad Richards will turn out to be the best trade deadline addition for any team this year. He's a great playoff performer and has won the Conn Smythe (Playoff MVP) before. Turco seems possessed to get his team past the second round. DET allows just 20 shots again, but still requires a good effort and an early 4-1 lead to hold on. I liked Philly last night and was sorry to see the loss in OT here. They had this game.
