If we get a shootout, then the winner wins by one goal. yay or nay? Over and under should reflect it eh?

it will. this has been discussed at "other sites" and should a game be 2-2 headed to a shootout and the score of the shootout is 4-3 the final score will be 3-2. the SO winner will ONLY get ONE goal - nothing how many they actually scored

I agree, as far as the betting sides of it.
I wonder how the books will be taking bets?
Probably similiar to soccer with 60 minute games, not including ot.
