Bets were cancelled on the US Grand Prix at Indy when cars on Michelins decided not to start the race. Very few cars started and many were large dogs. Players with bets on the cars that did start had their plays cancelled.

This went to TOW's arbitration and they ruled in favor of the players. Olympic stood by their position and screwed the players. Olympic did this although there was noting in their rules about cars failing to start.

There's a major thread about this at the X.

it might have been a tough call for him and his shop is still A but he did screw those winning players who were smarter than his crew had better info and made some wagers that could not lose overall, but all within the F1 rules at his shop.

I totally agree, he personally would not have made those wagers against anyone he is too upfront. but others did within the stated rules make a confirmed wager and they should have been paid.
