I may found a way around the american anti gambling law

I can get you the following stuff:
- German VOIP telephone number (enables you to get a 100 % working German telephone adress which you can use via the internet with top quality)
- German proxy program (enables you to use a German IP whenever you access any sportsbook or poker room)
- German prepaid Visa CC (for use at any ATM which allows VISA CC)
- German mail adr (by using the German postal service with their mail forwarding system - worldwide - you will receive mail from any sportsbook to your US adr - directly -)

All the stuff makes it possible for you to keep on sportsbetting with 100 % German stuff etc.

Note: I may not accept registration from persons resident in jurisdictions that prohibit online or telephone betting. .

Anyone who is interested please ask one of the mods for my email.

I really feel for you guys. It hurts that your legislation takes away so many personal rights from you. How can you still sing:

Oh, say does that star-spangled

banner yet wave

O'er the land of the free

And the home of the brave?

Re: I may found a way around the american anti gambling law

Hmmmmm - let me think about it .......

I am really shaking my head when thinking about the USA. Back in the 90s the States were the country I wanted to life in. I still remember my first trip to the USA back in 1995. I went on a vacation to Florida and had to spend one night in Washington (at a motel near the airport). Everything was so fantastic for me. Your world was so different to ours. It was like a dream came true at that day. My first trip to the USA. I couldn`t believe all the fastfood stores you had (we just had Mc Donalds and Burger King) and how cheap it was in the USA (in terms of shopping). I knew your country just from TV and I was always interested in US Sports etc.
It somehow changed a week after. You must know that most parts of Europe are pretty safe. I remember that we checked in at some motel in Homestead, Florida on new years eve. It was around 15 minutes before midnight when we arrived. 10 minutes later there was a shooting around 300 meters away or so. That was the first scary moment for me as a European. In the coming years I visited California and Hawaii which was still fascinating for me. I never saw a ghetto before (Watts). Even that was fascinating for me. My second bad experience came near the airport in LA. We stayed in a motel near the airport for one night and I drove to the Mc Donalds at the airport. When I ordered our meal at the drive-in some black guy asked me if I could give him and his friend a ride because his friend has a broken leg. I said NO WAY!!!! Guess what - when the guy went back into the restaurant and met his friend there were zero indications of a broken leg. I exactly knew that and drove back to the motel as fast as I could.
I forgott to mention another scary moment I had on my trip to Florida. We were at the beach somewhere at the keys. I realized some mexican guy always watching us because I filmed my girlfriend etc. Around 50 meters away from us there was a coloured family having a barbecue. The father of the kids really looked like a football player (center). When we left the beach and walked back to our car the mexican guy followed us. the coloured guy realized it and followed us as well. He talked to us that we should be careful and he had a smalltalk with us on our way to the car. When the mexican guy saw that he immediately left his way and headed into another direction.
Maybe you wonder why I tell you these stories. It is because we don`t have that much crime as you have in the USA here in Europe. Here you can go anywhere you want. You don`t have to be afraid that you will be robbed in the next moment. Sure we have some kind of crime but in a totally different way you have it. We don`t need private security companies checking our lots every night. For a EUROPEAN the way you life is pretty strange and scary. It got even worse within the last years. I mean you lost so many personal rights. Your services are checking everything you do. They tell you what you can do and what you can`t do. How is it possible that you legislation impacts your life in terms of gambling. Aren`t there bigger problems in your country than gambling (how about crime, ghettos etc etc etc.). I don`t want to say that I lost all respect for America but when it comes to freedom you were ahead of us years ago. But that has changed.
When I think back to the time I was young I wonder how I ever wished to life in the USA. Now I am thankful that I life in Europe. Maybe you don`t understand that but we respect each other. We don`t have the death penalty and we don`t need it. We have a democracy. And we have human rights. We don`t have to fear any terrorists etc etc etc.
Think about it and think about the fact how your government has changed your life within the last decade.

Re: I may found a way around the american anti gambling law

Unless you are selling cars--I'm not especially fond of much that is German.

Re: I may found a way around the american anti gambling law

our cars don`t have the quality anymore which they had in the past. That is due to the fact that most manufacturers are producing their cars in the eastern parts of europe (poland, bulgaria etc). The payments and taxes there are way lower than here in Germany. Quality of our cars is long gone. I bought a VW back in 98. 3 years later I needed a new gear shift as well as a new clutch - and that was just the beginning of a long long list or repairs.

The U.S. used to be the best. Probably in the 50's - 80's. But now there are several places I could leave and probably chose to live if it weren't for my job, friends, and family. I know lots of friends that I was in the military with and several were in Germany and married German girls, but I bet several of them are rethinking their decision to come to the good ole' USA these days.

Re: I may found a way around the american anti gambling law

LOL... this German guy is funny.
I can picture him driving around Watts with annoyingly bright coulored shorts and a clashing t shirt staring wide eyed out his car window looking at all the hommies like it was some kind of drive through safari.
I lived in miami for 7yrs and only once was i a victim of an attempted mugging (idiot was skinnier than me so it was easy to smack him around a little) and that was at 430 am walking out of coconut grove after my shift heading home, and of course i had to walk through what was then the most dangerous street corner in America. You could buy bullets for 50 cents a pop, nice full metal jacket type not those wimpy target bullets!!
It does feel though like the USA is a different place from what it was when i was living there but i guess thats the times we live in.

Re: I may found a way around the american anti gambling law

nope. I did not look like a typical tourist and that time. I drove through Watts on our way to some I guess motel which was far away from Watts. That days after we stayed in a hotel near the airport. It was simply amazing to see how a ghetto looks like. My eyes were not wide open. I simply watched the scenery when driving through Watts.
Why are you even allowed to buy weapons? Here in Europe it is nearly impossible to legally buy a weapon. That is maybe the cause why we don`t have such a high crime rate here.

Yeah I know, I wish it hadn't changed. I sort of wish we continued to stand by passively and waited for another World Trade Building type of bombing.

Ask the Yankees, the Canadiens, even the Celtics. Dynasties or former ones...teams that people love to hate. Kinda like the US. People just continue to take their shots.

The grass is always greener somewhere else. Traveled many places over my lifetime, some absolutely stunning locals. I thought often how nice they'd be to spend an extended time at. Then after thinking about the long term and everything this country has afforded me.....I'll take the USA.

Just my two cents.

Re: I may found a way around the american anti gambling law

I have relatives in Switzerland and am thinking about a Swiss bank account to bypass all the bullshit. Is that viable, or am I being naive?

Re: I may found a way around the american anti gambling law

Yes, this is still a possibility BUT I am not aware about your legislation. According to our laws (German) any German court can order that a swiss bank has to forward any account balance etc to the authorities as long as it seems that the money comes from some illegal operation etc. That is just our German law. You can even try to get an account in Luxembourg which is as safe as the swiss one (maybe even safer). I can answer you most questions you have about European accounts etc but I will be offline for a couple of hours now. We are in the middle of a hurricane (winds started around 10 hours ago) and we will be fully hit by 01.00 CET which is in about 2 hours from now. See you later guys.

Re: I may found a way around the american anti gambling law

Despite of the fact that "our" hurricane has winds of just around 150 kph I understand what the people of Florida etc. face every year. It is even worse for us as we are not used to it. As I mentioned the winds started blowing around 10 hours ago and will "stay" for another 14 hours.

Andy-

FWIW- i was in Berlin last October and had a wonderful time. The public transportation system is so easy to understand for non-Germans speakers, alot of people speak English, i always felt safe, and the food was spectaular. I'll be back for sure.

Re: I may found a way around the american anti gambling law

I really hope you enjoyed the time here. Most of the Germans speak English. FYI: The public means of transport in Berlin are shut down today due to the hurricane. No railway traffic anymore - nothing. Life came to a standstill.
Whenever you are going to visit Germany again then spend some time in bavaria. Bavaria (where I live) is the most beautiful part of Germany.
Pretty scary now. The hurricane seems to get stronger every minute. We have a lot of forests here. Should be a horrible scenario when we wake up tomorrow. Our big advantage is the way our houses are build. You can`t compare it to the houses you have in the States. A big disadvantage are the Alpes. They act like a crash barrier and send the winds back.

Re: I may found a way around the american anti gambling law

A gentleman from Germany posts an idea of how to solve a problem brought on by a paternalistic American government and in the end he gets bashed for the actions of his forefathers. It has been my experience that Americans who like to get into pissing contests over how great their country is are, typically, people who have never travelled and gotten to know people from around the world.
I have played pickup basketball in Madrid, shared a train car with a soccer player from Italy who didnt speak any English but we both struggled with some bad spanish, met great young ladies from Hungary, Belgium, and Germany and the main message is....everybody loves their own country and rightfully so. We all have alot to offer and learn.

HOW MANY AMERICANS DRIVE JAP CARS??..There are still men entombed in the Arizona @ Pearl Harbor..

Re: I may found a way around the american anti gambling law

ANDY I ENJOYED YOUR DETAILED POST AND EVEN IMAGINED THE FOREST OF BAVARIA FOR A MOMENT..THKS

Re: I may found a way around the american anti gambling law

I really thought that the WC 2006 and the enthusiasm etc changed the view (especially the view you Americans) have of us (Germans). It looks like some guys really don`t want to realize that we left the crimes our grandfathers did to the rest of the world way behind us.

@JoJo: Bavaria is not the bavaria we all used to know. We were used to get snow in November and have really cold weather for the whole winter. So far we did not have any snow. Today we had 14 degrees celsius. The climate really changed within the last years and once again thanks to your president who had shown no interest in reducing pollution.

I would be pleased to meet anyone of you guys in case you visit Germany someday and show you the beauty of our country.

I was too lazy to look up all stats (like the one you see below) but even this stat shows you that you are the leader in terms of crime of all industrial nations. Why don`t you change your laws? Why does everyone need a weapon? That does not make sence. Furthermore I don`t understand why you need the death penalty. Don`t you think it is worse to be imprisoned for the rest of your life? NO one has the right to take away the life of any other person. Even not if he is guilty of being a murder.
Our european views are totally different to yours (and that is how it should be). Is that a reason for some of you to jump on anyone who has a different view? What some guys in this thread showed was the typical american way - be with us or you are against us. Guys, that does not work. We are living in one world and everyone has the right to have his own view of things. I guess some posters here still think that invading Iraq was the right thing. Come on. Some say we Germans were (are) so bad for starting WW II etc. What did Bush do? He invaded Iraq. So many of your brave soldiers wasted their lifes for your President and his dumb idea (more than 3000). I was a soldier for 12 years. I worked in an international hq for 5 years (together with americans, canadians etc.). My best friend was from Boston. So don`t tell me I hate or dislike americans. I watch US Sports every night (live via NASN -CFB, Hoops, NBA, NHL, NFL etc) and some tell me I fucking hate you guys?

I am not a Busch supporter but I will say this...His aggresion towards possible terrorist may have very well stopped somthing big from happening..and since nothing bad has happened over here since 911..People still complain about the guy..What if he did not invade?..And something bad did happen here?..Then people would say--Why did you not attack?..The man is in a no win situation..

Europe has it`s share of terror stories Andy Man..Ever heard of the shit that goes on between the Irish and the English?

We all have our propblems..

I love my country..But understand there are other great places and people too..

Man I went to Paris one time for 30 days..On a street called "The rue De St Denis"..I discovered an ENTIRE CITY OF PROSTITUTES..Hot ass looking and 30-50 US $..What a paradise..I sure as hell dont see shit like that in the States:houra

Re: I may found a way around the american anti gambling law

You are 100% right. We Europeans start feeling the climate change. I already mentioned that we did not have any snow this winter. I remember when I was a kid (back in the 70s) it started snowing in late october and we had snow until eastern. It has totally changed. For the last 10 years we had snow for just a couple of weeks.

The glaciers here in Europe lost nearly 40 % of their ice within the last 20 years.

Most countries already ratified the Kyoto protocol.
"The Kyoto Protocol is an agreement made under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). Countries that ratify this protocol commit to reduce their emissions of carbon dioxide and five other greenhouse gases, or engage in emissions trading if they maintain or increase emissions of these gases."
"The United States (U.S.), although a signatory to the protocol, has neither ratified nor withdrawn from the protocol. The signature alone is symbolic, as the protocol is non-binding over the United States unless ratified. The United States is as of 2005 the largest single emitter of carbon dioxide from the burning of fossil fuels.[39]"

Why is there just one single nation which does not understand how you hurt the world of our kids and our grandchildren? Why do the americans need such big cars? For what? Just for a drive to the mall? You guys are pretty happy with your low gasoline prices. Yeah, that gives you the chance to drive big cars. How about the pollution? Our gasoline prices are pretty high. Due to that the manufacturers have to construct car with a low gasoline consumption. Furthermore we have to pay a special tax for the environment with every gallon we buy. The result is that we rethink when to use the car and when not. Driving a nice and big car and low gasoline prices have nothing to do with freedom.
It does not make sence that Europe and other parts of the world reduce their pollution as long as the USA does not care about it.
The next generations will ask their parents why our generation did not care about the climate change.
We are all responsible for this world.

Re: I may found a way around the american anti gambling law

All kidding aside Andy....How did you know the guy was Mexican?

Let`s say he looked like a mexican. That had nothing to do with racism. In "our" world we don`t care if a coloured person is from the States or Afrika. He is black. We don`t care if someone is from Vietnam or China - he is chinese. Someone from Argentina or Peru is South American. Once again. This has nothing to do with racism. I guess we use it because it "makes our lifes easier".

Re: I may found a way around the american anti gambling law

JoJo: Another point that worries me is you election campaign system with the rund raising. Don`t you think that makes the candidates corrupt? You give me money and let`s see what I can / will do for you.
Our German system works as follows: Each party has their own members who pay a monthly fee for their membership (everyone can select the ammount he wants to pay). Furthermore there is a public fund for the election campaign of all involved parties. They get a portion of the fund according to the percentage of votes they received in the last election. That is all they get. It makes the parties independed from the industry.

All kidding aside Andy....How did you know the guy was Mexican?

Hillarious, I was wondering the same thing... and finally someone asked.

Andy, you are a good guy. You make good points. I also sense you are someone who has, maybe, a higher degree of understanding, thus probably you might forgive some of the posts from a few americans... they really don't know any better as they are pretty much told how to think by the american media.

Ohhh, just thought I would mention, a former US senator has been directly linked to obtaining funds from Wall Street for a German company known as IG Farben which was a major supplier of war related materials for the Nazis. That man was named Prescott Bush, grandfather of the current US President. What's my point? What the public is led to believe, is a far cry from the reality going on...

I wonder when most americans will finally wake up to the very evident fact that the USA has been set up for a long long time now to "go down" there is zero room for asingle super duper power when globalization is the goal. America is delivering its head on a silver platter and doing so by its own actions. Folks like Andy see this too but most of the time they are too polite to go into the real nitty gritty.
