100 proof puregrain,
from right here in these local mountains is just what the Dr orded, we call it the "Beakfast of Champions" around town here. that and a big hunk of "Feta cheese" will really get ya going for the day also some days we have a left over leg or 2 since we took one ol boy's advice on here and started cooking up these pesky birds up.

if i am having something else - water or apple juice
