Trouble with Money Gram-(Resolved)

I have been doing this since 1996 back when Al Ross was running Island Casino and it seems we have come full circle back to wild west offshore. I sent a money gram today around 4:30 pm CST to Wsex. Since this time I have been on the phone constantly with customer service trying to track what the hell has happened to a lousy $800. I have limited my exporsure since the Neteller fiasco and Pinnacle shutting its doors to American customers. I currently only have about 5 accounts funded. I have to tell you for me this is a first ever having this much difficulty funding an account. I have faxed money gram receipts and talked to countless people in reference to this. This is all so I can participate in the Wsex Baseball Contest.

what are they saying ?

do they not show the tracker number u gave them?

i would imagine moneygram is like western union, u can go online,and track it yourself...put in the number, and the name, and see if its been recieved, or if its "ready for pickup"....

I'm sure the money has to be somewhere. I was going to post up with moneygram @ WSEX . I think I will think twice. Pinnacle was the last place I trusted.

Bucsfan - thanks for letting me know I could track this. As it turns out this all came down to laziness on the part of a peice of shit clerk at a convenient store. I have sent out several money grams in the past couple weeks so my name was in their system and the clerk just picked the last information submitted to use again today which was a totally different book. This is going to take 70+ hours to get the money back. Fortunately they have no reference numer to collect the money. Just time wasted working this all out.
